Step 2: Set Budgets and Alerts<\/h3>\n
Every service gets a monthly budget. Set up alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of budget. When a service exceeds its budget, the owning team gets notified \u2014 not just the DevOps person who “handles the cloud.”<\/p>\n
